Submission and opening of sealed
quotation shall be at the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), c/o
Administrative Department at 4th Floor Legaspi Towers300, Roxas
Boulevard Manila 1004, on 05 November 2010, 10:00 a.m.
Quotations shall be addressed
to the undersigned.
All particulars relative to the
quotation opening, evaluation, post qualification and award shall
be governed by the provisions of RA 9184, and its implementing
rules and regulations.
The Tourism Promotions Board
assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the
bidders for any expense that they may incur in the preparation
of their bids. The Tourism Promotions Board also reserves the
right to reject any of all bids to waive any defects found therein
and to accept the bid most advantageous to the government.
