The Tourism Promotions Board invites all interested duly registered suppliers from Phil-GEPS to submit quotations for the item/s listed below;

The last day of submission of sealed quotation is not later than 4:00 p.m. on January 17, 2012 personally, subject to the Terms and Conditions attached herewith, stating the shortest time of delivery, duly signed by your representative to the General Services Division, Administrative Department 4th Floor Legaspi Towers 300, Roxas Blvd., Manila.

	B.	TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
	Prospective printer should have the following equipment requirement plus 2 or more years of good quality service record:
		1. Two (2) units, 4 color offset press with Electronic Color and registering control system (minimum size 25"x 36") 2. One (1) unit programmable folding machine 3. In-house saddle wire - stitching & binding facilities 4. One (1) unit programmable electric cutter (minimum size 45") 5. In-house artist (re-layouting & correction purposes) 6. In-house die-cutting facilities 7. CTP - Computer to plate machine with Machintosh G4

Note: All entries must be typewritten in your company letterhead.

1. Payment Period: 30 days upon delivery.
2. Price Validity shall be for a period of thirty (30) calendar days.
3. Bids exceeding the budget shall be disqualified.
