The Tourism Promotions Board invites all interested duly registered suppliers from Phil-GEPS to submit quotations for the item/s listed below;

The last day of submission of quotation is not later than 4:30 p.m. on February 9, 2012 personally or thru fax no. 526-59-71. Your quotation should comply with the Terms and Conditions attached herewith, stating the shortest time of delivery, duly signed by your representative to the General Services Division, Administrative Department 4th Floor Legaspi Towers 300, Roxas Blvd., Manila.

1.	All entries must be typewritten.
2.	Delivery Period: Within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order
3.	Terms of payment: 30 days
4	Product warranty shall be for a minimum period of three (3) months from date of acceptance
5	Price Validity shall be for a period of thirty (30) calendar days.
