When you're planning a meeting or an incentive trip, it helps to have a friend in the right places... The Philippine Convention & Visitors Corporation is your friend. It is a non-stock, non-profit government corporation attached to the Department of Tourism (DOT), tasked with promoting the country as an ideal tourism, convention and incentive travel destination. Its Conventions and Incentive Travel Unit (CIT), in particular provides comprehensive information, asssistance and guidance to meeting planners and incentive travel organizers who seek an ideal venue for their meetings and incentive groups. In addition, the PCVC offers its experience and expertise through the following wide range of services, all of which are free:

Bid Preparation
We can help meeting planners and association executives in preparing a competitive and highly attractive bid proposal.

Incentive Program Planning
We know what dreams to offer incentive groups. We can draw up an imaginative and unique itinerary for the programs of incentive group planners and organizers.

Liaison Services
We provide clients with a valuable network of contacts both in government and private sectors. We help facilitate clients' need: locating certified Destination Management Companies (DMC's) and reliable suppliers of goods and services; setting up linkages with appropriate government agencies.

Site Inspection
We can arrange site inspection trips and technical visits to help clients in planning and decision making.

Attendance Promotion
We assist in promoting attendance to booked events through our network of foreign and domestic offices.

Promotional Material Support
We can supply clients with a variety of promotional materials and audio-visual aids; from general tourism materials, tour shells, to specialized paraphernalia for meetings and incentive groups.
