MESSAGE
Welcome to the paradise of the north, where adventure never
ends and where nature abounds waiting to be explored!
In the Cagayan
Valley Region, we promise you an experience of a lifetime and
a trip of endless excitement!
In Nueva Vizcaya,
Isabela, Quirino and Cagayan we offer you a kaleidoscope of nature's
wonders - of majestic caves, glorious mountains, rainforest that
is home to a thousand endemic flora and fauna and most of all
a beautiful people of smiling Filipinos. We highly recommend
a visit to Batanes the only island province for a unique out
of this world experience. It is a fabled land of stunning landscape
and seascape, a rugged and rocky home to the friendly Ivatans.
Away from the trappings of urban life, Batanes' isolation is
perhaps its most enduring quality.
We therefore invite
you all to visit Region II. We are confident that after your
first visit, you, with your family and friends will come back
again and again, to explore and experience the Cagayan Valley
Adventure.

Kita"
